I've been working in advertising and marketing for about 30 years now, having worked during the days of cutting rubylith, writing css-less HTML, animating flash videos, and figuring out how to make things look good on the first smartphones.
I've worked for clients like Microsoft, Adobe, Xerox, Verizon, Amazon—directing creative campaigns, videos, and interactive experiences. Every once and a while I'll roll up my sleeves and pick up a camera myself, write a script, or fire up a tool like Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or Figma.
As for downtime, I enjoy playing softball poorly and creating music that hasn't been hip since 1979.
